To view the building you must first make an
appointment with our Rental Department.
Department hours are Tuesday through Saturday,
from 10 am to 5 pm. Phone calls and emails will
be answered as soon as possible in the order

DECEMBER 2009: Book your holiday party for Deccember 2009 and receive a 30 percent discount off our standard evening rental rate.
JANUARY and FEBRUARY 2010: Book your wedding and/or reception for January or February of 2010 and receive a 25 percent discount off the standard evening rental rate. Valentine’s weekend is available!

Rates listed below are for seven
hours. Rentals begin when set-up starts and
rentals conclude when clean up is complete and
the last representative is gone.
*Weekends begin at 5 pm Monday through Friday
and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday rental time options are 9 am to 4 pm or 5 pm to midnight only, subject to availability.
Main Building
Building rentals include use of the catering
kitchen facilities. Maximum capacity is 600
people for a standing reception, 350 people
seated without a dance area, and 300 people
seated with a dance area.

Outdoor Gardens
Rates are for five hours. Limited setup
permitted. Texas Discovery Gardens is not
responsible for alternate event space due to
inclement weather. To ensure inclement weather
alternative, rental of the Grand Hall is
recommended. Also, catering kitchen use is not
permitted without rental of the Grand Hall.

A deposit consisting of 50% building rental fee
(non refundable) PLUS 100% damage deposit
(refundable 45 days after the event) is due upon
execution of the rental contract.
Balance of contracted amount due 60 days prior
to event.
Written notice of cancellation received 60 days
in advance of event will result in 100% refund
of damage deposit; the 50% building rental fee
is non-refundable.
Written notice of cancellation received 1-59
days in advance of event will result in 100%
forfeiture of building rental fee.
No written notice will result in 100% forfeiture
of building rental fee and 100% forfeiture of
damage deposit.
Use of a non-approved caterer will result an
assessment fee of $250.00
